The campaign won’t start

ReachHunt checks these before a campaign starts, and shows the first one that fails:

It’s running, but nothing goes out

  • Check the schedule. The campaign only sends inside its sending windows, in its own time zone.
  • Check the accounts. An account that reached its daily or weekly limit, or that X or LinkedIn paused for a while, waits until it has room again.
  • Check that the accounts are still connected in Connected accounts.

Some messages failed

A send can fail, for example when the person’s DMs are closed. Failed leads show in the campaign’s Progress. To message only people you can reach, filter your lead list by Can DM before you build the campaign.
