Pause, edit and stop a campaign

Pause and resume

Select Pause to stop queued messages from going out. Select Resume to carry on.

Edit

Open the campaign’s Settings to change its configuration, message sequence or schedule.

• While a campaign is Running or Paused, you can change everything except its audience. You can still remove people it hasn’t written to yet in Audience.
• Once it’s Completed or Stopped, only the name and reply agent can change.

Stop

Select Stop to cancel everything still queued. This can’t be undone.

When a campaign pauses itself

A campaign pauses itself when it can’t send, for example when none of its accounts is still connected, or when your plan ends. The campaign shows the reason. Fix it, for example by reconnecting the account, then select Resume.

Delete

In the campaign’s settings, select Delete campaign. This deletes the campaign and everything still queued. Messages already sent can’t be taken back.
