Smartlead - ReachHunt

Connect Smartlead to send the leads you reach on X and LinkedIn to your Smartlead email campaigns.

What you can do

Send leads to a Smartlead campaign, by hand or when a ReachHunt campaign messages them.
Pause a lead in Smartlead when they reply to your DMs.
Import the LinkedIn or X profiles of a Smartlead campaign’s leads into a lead list.

Before you start

A Smartlead account with at least one campaign.
Your Smartlead Admin API key, from Settings → API Key Management in Smartlead.
Full access to every section of the ReachHunt workspace.

Connect Smartlead

Copy your API key

In Smartlead, open Settings → API Key Management and copy your Admin API key.

Open Smartlead

In ReachHunt, open Settings → Integrations and select Smartlead.

Connect

Paste the key and select Connect Smartlead.

If the page shows Needs attention, ReachHunt can no longer use the key. Paste a working API key and select Reconnect.

Choose a campaign

Pick the Smartlead campaign that leads go to. You can pick another campaign when you send leads. If you have no campaigns yet, create one in Smartlead, then open the list again. Smartlead only takes leads that have an email.

Send leads by hand

Select profiles

Open a lead list and select the profiles you want to send.

Pick a campaign

Choose Send to Smartlead and pick a Smartlead campaign.

Send

Select Send. ReachHunt shows how many profiles were added, and why any were skipped.

Only profiles with an email go to Smartlead. ReachHunt knows the emails of LinkedIn connections who share theirs, so pick those. The result lists each profile as one of these:

Added to Smartlead	The lead is now in the campaign
Already in this campaign	The lead was already there
In another Smartlead campaign	The lead is in a different campaign
No email	The profile has no email
Invalid email	The email isn’t valid
Unsubscribed or blocked	The person unsubscribed or is blocked in Smartlead

Import from Smartlead

You can add the LinkedIn or X profiles of leads in a Smartlead campaign to a ReachHunt lead list. Open the lead list, add leads from a Smartlead campaign, pick the campaign and select Import. ReachHunt adds the profile links to the list.

Disconnect Smartlead

Select Disconnect on the Smartlead page. ReachHunt stops sending leads. Leads already in Smartlead stay in their campaigns.
