# Pipeline

> Track every lead through your stages on one board

[**Pipeline**](https://app.reachhunt.ai/pipeline) shows your conversations on one board. Each stage is a status, and you drag a card to move the person to another stage.

* **Kanban** shows each stage as a column, with the total deal value of the people in it.
* **Table** lists everyone, with filters for stage, tags, network, account, deal value, reply state, and whether you've messaged them yet.

The board shows people **In pipeline**: the ones who have a status. Switch to **All threads** to see everyone, then set a stage to bring a conversation in.

To add, rename or delete stages, select **Manage statuses** or open [**Settings → Statuses**](https://app.reachhunt.ai/settings/statuses). You can reorder and collapse stages on the board too.

People from a disconnected account are locked until you reconnect it.
